Guest Post by Nicole Zoltack

Today I am proud to have a guest post by Nicole Zoltack about Masks which is perfect because her amazing book Masked Love released this week!  Nicole is one of my favorite up and coming authors so she's definitely someone to look out for.  So without further ado, her post:

Masks. We all wear them at times. Maybe we’re afraid of letting the world see us for who we are. Or maybe we’re trying to hide away. Pretend we’re someone else, someone mysterious and beautiful and more alluring.
At a masquerade ball, though, everyone is wearing a visible mask. When Lady Theodosia brings her handmaiden Isabelle to the ball, Isabelle hides behind her mask. She feels so out of place there. She sees the servants there, ignoring the partygoers and even runs away after a man talks to her.
But when second man who approaches her, Isabelle has gotten a little more comfortable with her mask, and she starts to speak her mind, something she never has the chance to do as a lowly servant. Instead of hiding away as she has most of her life, Isabelle shows herself. She even shows her face to the man, Lord Adrian, at the end of the night, baring her face and soul in that moment, stripping away any mask she might have worn.
She never thought she’d see him again.
She thought wrong.
Revealing herself just might cost Isabelle her job and leave her homeless days before Christmas.
But, knowing Isabelle, if she had the chance to do it all over again, she would.
Have you ever worn a mask to a party? What did it look like? If not, what kind of mask would you wear?
I haven’t, (yet! Would love to have an excuse to) but I would love to wear a mask similar to the one of the cover of MASKED LOVE. I think it’s beautiful!

Wasn't that great?  Want to learn more about Nicole's book?  Read on.

Masked Love by Nicole Zoltack
Isabelle is content being a maid, and will do anything for her lady, even accompany her to a masquerade ball. Lady Theodosia needs extra support and encouragement on this night, for tomorrow she will meet the man her parents have pledged her to.
Isabelle has never had occasion to attend such an event, and is at first ill at ease. But meeting an enchanting young man during the course of the evening makes her wish for a life she can never have. Thinking she will never see him again, she returns his flirtation and even reveals her face. Imagine her shock when he shows up the next morning, announcing his claim on Lady Thedosia.
Isabelle does all she can to avoid Lord Adrian Wingave, but then he not only sees her, he recognizes her. To make matters worse, Isabelle fears her feelings are not one-sided. Torn between duty and desire, Isabelle hopes for something more this Christmas.
